Features private garage parking and courtyard with outdoor living and dining room and stunning stone fire pit area. Indoors you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a full kitchen! Enjoy downtown location but very private and cozy space. The space Two (2) night minimum over the weekends + Friday & Saturday MUST BE BOOKED TOGETHER. If you need the space for a month or more you will receive a large discount! Please contact us! Guest access Our accommodation sleeps 4 with two private bedrooms. You will have use of the entire apartment and SHARE the outdoor Courtyard with guests in top unit. Private and secure garage parking is available for ONE vehicle. Street parking available just outside the building. Other things to note We're excited you’re interested in our space! A great deal of passion went into setting up this space for your enjoyment. We assume all our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations. Please help us preserve our space for your and future stays by accepting these rules BEFORE you book: NO smoking allowed INSIDE the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house. Smoking inside the property will be automatically assessed at $250 fee. NO pets allowed ON or IN the property. If our outdoor cameras show pets on the premise you will be automatically charge a $350 pet fee for violating the house pet rules. We DON’T host locals unless you have a compelling reason for needing the space. Please inquire first BEFORE booking, otherwise you may be subject to cancellation of your instant book reservation. NO parties please. As of August 20, 2020 Airbnb announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings, including a cap on occupancy at 16. KITCHEN INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, utensils and dishware. Shampoos and soaps provided. EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS: Early check-in or late check-outs are NOT allowed during the busy summer travel season. In the slow season, please inquire and we will do our best to honor but we CANNOT guarantee we can always accommodate your request. All early check-in or late check outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We will do our best to honor this but CAN'T guarantee we can always accommodate all requests. SECURITY DEVICES/CAMERAS : Surveillance cameras are mounted at exterior entrance doors as well as in the courtyard. There are NO recording devices inside the unit. CHECK-IN SMART LOCK ENTRY: Upon arriving enter your code given to you at the time of your reservation. The code is valid from your check-in time at 3 pm until your check-out time at 10 am. When inside the smart-lock can be locked/unlocked manually with a knob (similar to a deadbolt). You'll receive a digital code a TWO days before your arrival for the entrance door which means that 24 hour check-in is no problem at all!
