Casa Vista Paraíso is a SIMPLE and COZY place, where you can be HAPPY with your whole family!! We are on a very quiet street, with only 5 houses and ours is the last one, right next to the Atlantic Forest, the view that gives the house its name is of one of the quietest beaches in Ubatuba, Enseada beach. To have this beautiful view, you have to go up our street, our "private climb" that starts from the Recanto de Minas Restaurant (you can search and see it on maps) The space Casa Vista Paraíso is a two-story house with ceiling fans in all rooms, 2 bedrooms, a living room attached to the kitchen, and a barbecue with a raised base. We have a laundry room at the back of the house that has an exit to the Atlantic Forest. We do not have a garage, but we have a parking space in front of the house, which can be seen in the photos if there are any questions. People ask about safety, as our street has only 6 houses, it is extremely quiet around here, don't tell anyone, but it is common for residents to leave the doors open all the time lol. Our street was built by the residents themselves, but it is very quiet, and the car goes up without any problem even with rain. We usually go to the beach on foot, as it is only 300 meters, a 5-minute walk, but nothing prevents you from coming and going by car, as the beach street has no blue zone. Guest access Guests can use the entire house, privately for themselves. Other things to note Casa Vista Paraíso's name is justified by the WONDERFUL view it has, that is, it is a place that will allow you to relax, smile, love and be happy with a view that you may never have seen. However, to look at this view, you need to climb, and the Casa Vista Paraíso has a street of about 60 meters with a climb of about 45 meters. A very nice thing about Casa Vista Paraíso is that it is in a very nice place and that it allows tours to other places (Ubatuba Centro (15 min.), Trindade (1 hr.), Parati (1:30), Caragua (45 min.), Ilha Bela (1:30), in addition to being next to Praia das Toninhas (10 min.), which has a Sunrise to make everyone who has the courage to get up early smile... lol.
