Comfortable 4-Bedroom Holiday Home in Rock

A comfortable, spacious, and much-loved four-bedroom family holiday home in Rock, featuring a large garden and generous off-street parking. Ideally located, the house is just a short drive from the stunning beaches of Rock, Polzeath, and Daymer Bay. It's a 3-minute walk to the local pub, 10 minutes on foot to excellent local shops, and only 5 minutes by car to the fantastic leisure facilities and golf course at The Point. This is truly a home away from home. The space The house is a warm, two storey, traditional Cornish family home. Downstairs is a large, welcoming kitchen, with a big table and walk in larder. There is also a good sized sitting room with patio doors that open to the garden, a dining room/ snug and a downstairs loo with a sink and power shower. The entrance hall has plenty of space to hang coats, leave wellies etc. Upstairs there are four bedrooms plus a bathroom with bath and power shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom 1 - master bedroom with a super king sized bed that can be separated into two single beds. The room has dual aspect, one looking over fields. Bedroom 2 - queen sized bed . Bedroom 3 - twin beds, open countryside outlook from both windows plus hand basin. Bedroom 4 - bunk room. All bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space for hanging and storing clothes. Two of the bedrooms also have dressing tables. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, separate fridge and separate freezer. As the house is a much used family holiday home there is plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and everything that you'd expect for cooking at home. There is a separate utility room outside of the main house with a washing machine, tumble dryer, additional large fridge and another loo and sink. There are two separate gardens; one off the living area with a patio and lawns. The second the other side of the driveway is a lawn ideal for playing games. There is also a large outdoor table and chairs on the patio plus sun umbrellas. There is ample parking in the driveway for 3 cars. We use high quality bedding and bath towels. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the house. The only exception is the garage and the room above the garage.
