Town centre and Reading University are a 20 minute walk away, Royal Berks and Thames Valley Business Park 10. There is a partially open stair case, so it's not suitable for very young children. Other things to note Although I am unable to provide breakfast, there is as much free tea and coffee as you like and fridge space to store any food. There is permit parking on the road. The overnight permit (from 2 pm to 10 am) for each night you stay is included in the price. If you require additional parking (during the day, or before and after your stay), permits can be purchased at a cost of £2 each.
