Comfy cottage with sea views , Freshwater East

Comfortable, well equipped, spacious cottage in great location with sea views from house & walking access from the garden to a lovely beach % Pembrokeshire Coast Path. This cottage is particularly good for couples/families. The house is peaceful, tucked off the main road and is lovely & light. Many stunning beaches & swim spots can be reached on foot right from the back door. There is a south facing garden with lawned area % panoramic sea views. To the front, there is an enclosed area & parking. The space Light and airy bungalow with lots of character, sea views and a large log burner, making the living room incredibly cosy. Main double is at the rear, is spacious and has an suite with large shower. Second double to the front of the house. A small single and a final room with bunk beds completes the space. Shared space includes: large lounge with dining table, well equipped kitchen and a snug with small sofa and sea views. No stairs internally. Stairs to access the space from the road and to access the garden from the rear door. The back garden is grassed with beautiful sea views. There is also a courtyard at the front of the property that gets afternoon and evening sun and is fully enclosed and gated, so is secure for toddlers and dogs. Off road parking for 3 cars. Guest access Walking access to local beach and Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Private parking for 3 cars. House is arranged on one floor (no stairs internally). Access from the road is via several steps (with handrail), access to the garden from the rear is level, however the lawned area is down 3 further steps. Other things to note There is no WiFi at the cottage and I don’t supply beach towels. The back garden is grassed with beautiful sea views. There is also a courtyard at the front of the property that gets afternoon and evening sun and is fully enclosed and gated, so is secure for toddlers and dogs.
