The house is located just 4.5 miles from the main entrance to Joshua Tree National Park, and about a mile from all the shops and restaurants in downtown Joshua Tree. Spend more time doing the things you love, and less time driving. The home is located 0.9 miles from downtown Joshua tree where you can find everything you need including dining, groceries, entertainment and more. The National Park border is just 4.5 miles from the house, so bring your bike if you like to ride. The Morongo Basin Transit Authority services Joshua Tree with shuttles that travel to and from the palm springs area connecting you to the airport and amtrak railroad. The home has two bedrooms with California King size beds. We have two air mattresses and additional bedding which can be provided as needed. The home has a beautiful polished concrete floor which is easy to clean, and keeps the place cool in the summer. Careful though, it can be very slippery when wet. We have video cameras installed outside of the house near the two front doors to aid in security of the house when we are away.
