My house can be yours

My listing allows booking 3 months in advance, if you need to book for longer in advance email me I will try to accommodate . My place light and bright, Great canyon view Open floor plan, recessed lighting Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Floor to ceiling granite in the showers There are not bathtub in house. My place is great for families with older children. Pets as long as they are not destructive with paid fees The space There are not bathtub in my house. My place is great for families with older children Guest access Guest have access to the entire house, full kitchen with appliances and supply of plates , glasses, cups and silver wear. Internet connection will be available at request. Other things to note Pets are welcome, there is an enclosed side yard for dogs. No back yard fence. Guests are advised to be aware that wild animals have been sighted in the area. Please no smoking in the house or near it, this is a none smoking house. There are no trash cans or basket inside the house for the reasons that I do not want any left over food or any other soiled particles inside for any period of time to attract insects or lingering odors . Trash bins are right outside of the garage doors, please deposit all your soiled material there.
