The space Built in 1905, our characterful two-storey townhouse is just a short walk from Leicester city centre. Once operated as a guest house, the home still retains some of its original features including fire doors, signage, extinguishers and a full fire alarm system for added safety and peace of mind. Today, it’s a relaxed and welcoming home shared by my dad and me, filled with an eclectic collection of ornaments and treasures gathered from travels around the world. Expect a warm, lived-in space with plenty of personality, history and charm rather than a modern hotel-style property. Guest access Guests are welcome to come and go freely using their keys. There is no curfew. Please note that only booked guests are permitted on the property — no additional visitors allowed. Guests may use the dining room, back garden and kitchen for short periods during their stay. Please ensure the front and back doors are always locked when entering or leaving the property. During your stay I’m happy to help and have over 10 years’ experience hosting Airbnb guests, so please don’t hesitate to ask if you need anything during your stay.
