Key Lime is located in the prestigious Heritage Shore subdivision providing wonderful amenities perfect for the old to young including two swimming pools, a tennis court, and clubhouse. All superbly maintained. You are literally 100 ft. to the beach where you can spend the whole day of fun and sun on the white sandy beach and crystal clear water. The house is one mile from the Fort Morgan Marina where you can Charter a fishing trip, rent jet ski's or dock your own boat. The house is a spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. Open concept living, dining and kitchen area. Lots of windows everywhere giving the home a bright and airy atmosphere. The kitchen is well stocked for simple to gourmet cooking. The washer and dryer are full size. The front and back bedrooms are Master Bedroom with King size beds. The middle bedroom has recently been updated to one Queen size bed and one set of Bunk beds. . Two of the couches pull out to queen size beds. Two bedroom have an suite bathrooms. All rooms have TV and cable. All the TV's have been updated to HD-5G. There is a DVD player in the main room and middle bedroom. Plenty of space inside and out to enjoy your relaxing vacation. . There is a large picnic table on the back porch and comfortable outdoor furniture. There is a large selection of books, games, and some DVD's for your use. The home has free WiFi. A great feature of the house includes a pull through driveway. So there is plenty of parking. If towing a boat or trailer the pull through makes it easy to store and navigate. Just for your information in the summer months from the last two weeks in May to the second week of August we only rent Saturday to Saturday.
