Quiet serene lake property with a Northern Minnesota feel, yet very close to Minneapolis (18 miles), St. Paul (13 miles) and Stillwater (7 miles). 5 bedroom 3.5 bath with 5 patios (3 lakeside), lakeside gazebo and 200+ feet of sand shore. Lake is A rated for clarity and one of the best bass lakes in Minnesota. Large deck and patios overlooking the lake. (( Indoors are only available on whole house rentals)) Kitchen is available (w preapproval). This listing has one full bath for both bedrooms. The space This listing has 2 bedrooms attached and 1 bath during a 2 bedroom rental. We live onsite and love to have interaction with the guests. Up to 4 rooms can be rented in our house. This room also has a single mattress trundle bed that pulls out from under the bed for teenagers or toddlers. Our property is Licensed by the City as an AIRBNB for short term rentals. We do rent kayaks, canoes and paddle boards for a fee on a First Come First Served Basis (FCFS). It is $10 for each item for the first hour ($20 for the two person Kayaks). $5 per hour for the next 2 hours to a maximum of $20 ($30) per day for each item. This money is donated to Mn Public Radio. There are 6 kayaks (1 child and 2 two person), 2 - 17 foot canoes, 2 adult paddleboards. (FCFS) Guest access Our property is Licensed by the City as an AIRBNB for short term rentals. Please note that since we are on a lake that the guest cannot bring any extra persons without them being registered at the time of the reservation. This is a terms of service rule by AIRBNB and also our house rules. So please identify all guests, even if it is for only a day, that will be at the property.
