Comfortable and tidy upstairs room with small double bed, wardrobe and a desk. Guests will have the solo use of the master bathroom. The room comes with free designated parking space and free Wi-Fi. Tidy and quiet modern house in uphill Lincoln. Walking distance to Lincoln Castle - 25 min, 30 min to Lincoln Cathedral. The space With excellent access from the A46/A15 my home is semi-detached comfortable, tidy and quiet modern house which is situated in a new estate in the uphill part of Lincoln. At my place you can stay in friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It is suitable for both business travels and short or long breaks/holidays. It’s clean, tidy and well maintained. Guests are welcome to use all common areas: Kitchen (including for preparing meals), living room, downstairs cloakroom and garden. I provide fresh bed linen, towels and hand wash. I have no pets, the house is non-smoking but guests are welcome to smoke in the gardens. Room and bathroom is thoroughly cleaned in between guests and fresh bed linen and towels are provided each time. If you have any other particular requirements please do let me know and I’ll try to accommodate them. Long stay discounts are also available. During your stay You will always find a warm welcome here. Check-in time is 6pm, please do get in touch if you require earlier check-in. Other things to note If I'm not arround I'll leave the key in the key safe so you can let yourself in.
