Joia de Ubatuba offers the best of Ubatuba. Close to the beaches, markets, conveniences, and nightlife in the city without losing comfort and silence. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite with air-conditioning. Fan in all rooms, Gourmet Balcony (barbecue grill) and Kitchen. We have a cozy TV room, 2 sofas, a wine cellar and lots of plants. We are close to several beaches and close to shops, all within walking distance. The space Joia de Ubatuba is an apartment of approximately 80m², with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one being an en-suite with a double bed, and the other bedroom with two single beds (both have built-in open wardrobes). Large room with kitchen countertop, plus balcony and laundry room. Everything you need to stay calm and comfortable, accommodating up to 6 people (we have one more double and single mattress available). Guest access Access is easy, for everything, extremely close to markets, pharmacies, gas stations, bakeries, ice cream parlors, in short, everything on foot. About the beaches, too, easy access and on foot to Praia Grande, Tenório Beach and Itagua Beach. The red sands of Centro, Cedro Beach and Toninhas Beach are a 5-minute drive away, but it is also possible to walk, depending on the guest's profile and the path is beautiful, in addition to the beaches being spectacular. Praia Grande and Tenório Beach offer kiosk structures to enjoy the beach with the family. The red beach of Centro is a destination more focused on surfers, but the beauty of the beach is incredible, worth checking out. It is a quieter option with only one kiosk, but nothing that hinders the enjoyment of the natural beauty of the place. On the left corner of the beach, there is a freshwater waterfall, which is really nice to see. Praia das Toninhas is also an option for families looking for a little more structure. The beach has kiosks and the right corner is perfect because the waters are very calm, ideal for children and the tranquility of parents. Itaguá Beach is the coastline where nightlife exists in Ubatuba, so the main restaurants and bars are located along this stretch. There are many options for all tastes and desires, including a greatly increased supply of vegan/vegetarian products. In addition, Itaguá Beach offers numerous tour offers in Ubatuba, such as diving, speedboat and schooner crossings, among other possibilities. The last option in the vicinity is Cedro Beach. There is a small trail to get there, so it is advisable to go with only the essentials. Otherwise, it is super quiet, well-signposted and is one of the most visited beaches by tourists because it is very calm and offers activities such as diving and kayaking. The waters are incredibly crystal clear on sunny days, it is worth it and has a modest kiosk that can easily serve tourists. The apartment is in the middle of all these possibilities for experiences and is entitled to a parking space, so there is no concern about any parking expenses at the accommodation.
