Age Restriction (Applicable to Dormitory Bunk Beds) The dormitory rooms we provide are equipped with bunk beds (mixed-gender dormitories), which require climbing a ladder to access the upper bunks. For safety and insurance reasons, we can only accommodate guests between 18 and 50 years old in dormitory rooms. Guests under 18 or over 50 are not covered by our public insurance policy for bunk-bed stays. If your age is outside this range, please kindly let us know — we’ll be happy to assist with a free cancellation. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation. This age restriction is set in accordance with our insurance company’s safety regulations to protect all guests. Late Arrival & Self Check-in Instructions • If you expect to arrive **after 10:00 PM**, please inform us in advance so we can send you the self check-in guide. • If you contact us *last minute* after the front desk has closed (**after 7:00 PM**) without prior notice, a **night service fee of NTD 500** will be charged. • Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, which helps us arrange late arrivals without disturbing other guests. --- ## 4. Luggage Storage ### 4-1. Storage Before Check-in * Luggage storage is available only after the front desk begins operating (**around 11:00 AM**) * Luggage may be placed in front of the TV cabinet; backpacks may be placed on the bench * The storage area is monitored by CCTV, but please do not leave valuables (phones, wallets, passports) * Please take a photo of your luggage and send it to us for confirmation ### 4-2. Storage After Check-out * Luggage can be stored until **7:00 PM** * If you return when the front desk is closed, you may message us and we will unlock the door remotely * Shoe changing is not required when picking up luggage --- ## 5. Front Desk Service Hours * 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM * 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM * Lunch break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (no service during this time) You may arrive early to store your luggage or complete part of the check-in process. If your room is ready earlier, we will hand over the key as soon as possible. --- ## 6. No Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If any tobacco odor is detected in the room, a **cleaning fee of NTD 20,000** will be charged. --- ## 7. Room Inspection Reminder Please check the facilities and items in your room upon arrival. Once you begin your stay, it will be regarded as: “I have inspected the room and confirm that no items are missing.” --- ## 8. Room Card and Key Policy * Please return your **room card or key** to the front desk upon check-out * A replacement fee of **NTD 500 per card/key** will be charged for any lost items * Late check-out will incur a fee of **NTD 200 per bed per hour** --- ## 9.
