The space The house (about 90 square meters) is spread over two levels and is a single structure that is completely independent, even from the adjacent two-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people and has another entrance. Each room is designed to provide you with maximum comfort in both summer and winter: Living area: A separate eat-in kitchen, equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer, coffee/cappuccino maker, TV and radio), a cozy living room, and a balcony. Bedrooms (7 beds): Three bright, air-conditioned bedrooms. On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom and a spacious bedroom with three single beds (which can also be configured as a double bed + single bed). On the ground floor, there is the third bedroom with two single beds. Bathrooms: Maximum comfort thanks to the presence of multiple bathrooms. On the second floor, there is a full bathroom equipped with a washing machine, bidet, and bathtub/shower; on the first floor, there is a second full bathroom with a large shower stall, sink, bidet, and washing machine, plus an additional, practical bathroom with a toilet and sink. The Panoramic Terrace: The real gem of the house! An outdoor space of 40 square meters, 20 of which are covered by a wooden canopy, overlooked by the mountain, equipped with a barbecue, table and chairs, and armchairs for unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners, enhanced by deck chairs and a hammock for moments of pure relaxation. Garage for Motorcycles and Bicycles: We offer our guests the convenience of securely parking their motorcycle or bicycle in a small independent garage located right next to the front door. Large Group Option: To the side of the main building, with a separate entrance, we have a lovely adjoining two-room apartment (living room/kitchen, bedroom, and full bathroom). By booking both options, the total number of guests can increase to 11 people. To ensure maximum comfort for everyone and avoid power overloads that cause a total blackout of the property, we ask you to be very careful with the air conditioning: always turn off the air conditioners when you leave the house and do not use them with doors and windows open. Thank you for your cooperation! Guest access The entire main house and the large panoramic terrace are for the exclusive use of the guests who rent it. You will enjoy total independence and privacy: the house has separate entrances, including from the adjacent two-room apartment with a full kitchen (30 square meters with two beds), a full bathroom and a double bedroom, and no interior space needs to be shared with others. Other things to note Exploring the area: between the Sea and Supramonte Sardinia, and Barbagia in particular, offers an incredibly varied landscape. The privilege of living in Dorgali lies in the possibility of exploring in every way: Towards the south: In a few minutes by car or by boat from Cala Gonone, you can reach the very high cliffs and the turquoise waters of the most beautiful coves on the coast (up to the spectacular Goloritzé beach with its 144-meter monolith, a climber's paradise); continuing further into eastern Sardinia, you can reach other wonderful beaches in Ogliastra. Towards the north: There is easy access to endless beaches of fine sand and emerald sea, such as the beaches of Cartoe, Osalla, and Su Barone, going as far as the splendid natural oasis of Biderosa and Berchidda. The Hinterland: The shoulders are protected by the wild Supramonte, rich in archaeological sites and ancient traditions. Don't miss the breathtaking hikes along the coast or inland, at the Gorroppu Gorge, the primary forests, and the canoe or kayak trips to the Su Gologone springs; the hiking tours to Cala Goloritzè, Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu... We recommend that our guests equip themselves with a car and a spirit of discovery: stopping at just one beach would be a real shame! 📌 Information for the Tourist Tax The Municipality of Dorgali requires an accommodation tax for overnight stays between April 1 and October 31. The tax rate for this property is €1.50 per person per night (to be paid on site). The following are exempt from payment: Those registered in the Dorgali resident registry and those who work on-site.
