The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is rented out completely, without any other tenants. Sea, mountain river, supermarkets are in 15 min walk from house. Sochi center is in 1h way on a electric train, bus or car. Guest access The house has a garage for 1 car, a barbecue area, and a fruit garden. Other things to note Excursions are available all year round, a great place for hiking outside the resort season, for beach holidays the season starts in May and lasts until the end of October (depending on the year).
