Studio/Idyll with natural swimming pool

At the foot of the Vosges mountains, on a very sunny and idyllic hillside, surrounded by meadows, forests and ponds, lies our house. In just a five-minute walk, you are in the long village of Fresse. A small village shop provides the inhabitants with food and other items of daily use. The space The studio with separate entrance has been renovated a few years ago and is decorated in bright, friendly colors. It consists of a bedroom with separate kitchenette and a bathroom. The drinking water from our own spring can be consumed without any problems. Infants, elderly people with weakened immune systems or pregnant women should drink tested water. (take it with you) Facilities Studio Kitchen - Electric stove with induction hob and oven - Fridge with freezer compartment The whole studio is heated exclusively with a Swedish stove. (single heat source) Guests heat themselves and are instructed accordingly beforehand. Bedroom - Two single beds Possibility for extra bed or baby bed Baths - Rain shower - Toilet/Sink And here's what: The house has thick walls and the premises are pleasantly cool even in summer. As a result, there is no air conditioning. Guest access Around the house there are various places to linger and relax: at the spacious swimming pond/natural pool with sun loungers, picnic areas, at one of the two ponds or in a loggia with a magnificent view over the countryside or on your own garden seat. After long walks, sports activities or in cooler weather, you can warm up in a Finnish barrel sauna. On the outdoor benches, you can cool your body in fresh air or dive into the swimming pond for refreshment. Maybe you are lucky enough to experience a romantic sunset or simply enjoy the tranquility in nature. The sauna can host up to six people and is heated with wood from its own forest. The large gravel court invites you to play boules and in the hammock you can enjoy a nap or find time to read. The huge attic has been expanded and can be used for different needs: playing, celebrating, yoga or gymnastics. Other things to note Fresse is located on the edge of the "Mille Etangs". The plateau of the 1000 ponds offers nature lovers, bikers as well as hikers beautiful walks or bike rides in a wild nature with varied landscapes. In the summer you can go swimming in the swimming pool in Mélisey (c 5 km). The complex is located in a green leisure complex with picnic and playgrounds on the river of the "Ognon". On the opposite side of the road, a large stable offers horseback riding lessons or rides into the surrounding area. Fishermen and mushroom seekers also get their money's worth in this natural environment during the season, depending on their luck. The chapel of Notre-Dame du Haut in Ronchamp, just a stone's throw from Fresse, is an ideal spot to discover contemporary architecture - that of Le Corbusier, Renzo Piano and Jean Prové. For excursions to the surrounding area, for example, Château-Lambert with the Musée de la Montagne and Villersexel with the possibility of a visit to the castle and canoe and kayak rental are recommended. The area of Burgundy - Franche Comté is a paradise for hiking, biking and river tourism.
