Rustic quintessentially Lorne beach house with Art Deco finishes and retro styling. Warm and welcoming with ocean views from the living areas . Ducted heating as well as a fire place and for warm days ducted cooling and a split system in the second living area . Sit and listen to the ocean from any room in the house. Our house is an old family home , on the outskirts of town, across the road to the beach, 15 min flat walk to town, 5 min stroll to the gorgeous swing bridge cafe. The space Spacious king bedroom room with reading couch over looking a pretty fern garden. Second bedroom through a sunroom - basic with queen bed. Third bedroom with two bunks - sleeps 4 singles. Two living areas, both with 2 couches each and ocean views . Huge collection of books, games cards and puzzles. Guest access Backyard, Barbecue, Outdoor shower, Ocean views Other things to note The house is located on the Great Ocean Road, opposite the beach and walking distance to supermarket, main street and shops just before the main township. There is a stair case in the second living room which leads down to a locked self contained unit . Guests with infants may need to bring a safety gate . Linen is provided but not towels , please bring your own towels . The driveway is very steep and long and in need of resurfacing - has some large pot holes and cracks but drive up very slow in any car and you’ll be fine . I only use my little hatch with no issue .
