Perfect flat in a perfect location... Come enjoy Madrid in one of its hidden gems! The apartment is in Calle Fomento, a super centric, calm and safe street. Actually, the police station is just in front of the apartment, so my place it is not recommended to people looking to throw parties! ;) The building is super safe and calm as well and I am very concerned with not disturbing my beloved neighbors. Super spacious and comfortable apartment with huge living area (living room + integrated kitchen with a kitchen island) 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom: - Master Bedroom: Huge bedroom with amazing en-suite bathroom and breath taking walking closet, with a super comfortable brand new king size bed. - Bedroom 2: Super bright and comfortable bedroom with amazing king size bed. The apartment is full of storage units, has amazing AC system and a huge kitchen with everything you need during your stay Guest access The apartment is for my guests use only. Come enjoy my flat during your stay in Madrid, with the maximum comfort, privacy and style, in a perfect location where everything is walking distance. The building does not have an elevator, but its central location and the charm of the space make the experience worthwhile. Other things to note 📘 House Rules: - This apartment is available exclusively for visits to family or friends, attending exams, events, medical appointments, tests and other non-tourist purposes. Use for vacation or tourism purposes is not permitted, and at the time of booking, I request that a contract be signed to ensure transparency and security for both parties. - Hours of silence from 10pm to 10am, in the apartment and in the common areas of the building. - No Smoking If done, a fee of 50e would have to be paid. - Flexible check-in and check-out based on availability. Delighted to help whenever possible. - Check-in or check-in is face-to-face, contact me through the app and we organize the check-in. Normally it's at 3pm but I can be flexible if salientes guests allow me. - Check-ins after 10pm will result in an additional charge of €20 - Check-ins after 00h will incur an additional fee of €30 - Losing or forgetting the keys or the control of the parking lot, will entail a fine of €50 in addition to the cost of repair /opening/replacement of the key or lock. - Guests are expected to keep the place in reasonable cleaning condition. In case the apartment is left excessively dirty at checkout, an extra cleaning fee will be applied. Also, in case of clothes or textiles of the accommodation (towels, sheets, cobijas, etc.) with stains difficult to remove, an extra fee may apply, depending on the type of stain and the complexity of its recovery. - I may request an additional bond in certain cases.
