Guest access The entrance is located inside a building. At the end of the main hallway, you can access Pepi Residence through a private door. From there you enter a small internal corridor shared only with another apartment we own. Each unit has its own independent entrance and there are no shared interior spaces. The only common space is the access hallway. Other things to note The apartment is in the ZTL (traffic-restricted zone) of the historic center of Florence. If you arrive by car, in the immediate vicinity you will find Parking Fiesolana and Garage Italia, both authorized to register the license plate for access to the ZTL (only one entrance allowed). It is advisable to contact them in advance. The hot tub is heated and can be used all year round. The garden is for the exclusive use of the apartment, but please respect the neighborhood's quiet hours. No parties or events allowed. The apartment is suitable for quiet stays, respecting the spaces and neighbors.
