Lann Avel – Guaranteed green escape

Welcome to Lann Avel, a characterful longhouse located in a quiet village, ideal for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a large wooded park to relax, a stone's throw from the Liscuis hiking trails and its nature reserve. The canal from Nantes to Brest, the abbey of Bon-Repos and the lake of Guerlédan are very close. Swimming, walks, water activities, shops and swimming pool are accessible in a few minutes. The space On the ground floor you will find: a cozy living room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen with a large central island to share meals, as well as a small dining area overlooking the countryside to start the day smoothly, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a practical laundry area with washing machine and drying rack. Upstairs above the kitchen: two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two single beds (90 cm). And upstairs above the living room: a large mezzanine with a 160 cm bed. Outside, there is room for relaxation: deckchairs, barbecue, large table for outdoor dining, and a large area to play, rest, or simply enjoy the silence.
