Beautiful surrounding scenery. Hairdryers, shampoo, beach towels, most other supplies are always available. The space This listing is for either one or two of our private bedrooms in our home depending on your group SIZE.. You have your own PRIVATE bathroom and choice of bedroom. We can accommodate up to 4 of the same group of guests in two rooms. There is a Private entrance. The home is a large warm open plan contemporary home with great water and mountain views. The house is split level and your rooms are in a very private wing of the house with water views. Just a short stroll to the beach track. However, we are very friendly and enjoy a good conversation, a glass of wine and we have a very well equipt kitchen too. And there's always a cheese board and snacks available. Our lounge and kitchen with laundry facilities are all available to be used as are the front and back decks to just relax. Just help yourself to tea and coffee. We have the following available; Baby travel cot, high chair, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, bath, and beach towels plus any other supplies you may need. We have a saltwater hot tub for our guests. Guest access Our guests are welcome to make use of the lounge at anytime, along with the kitchen and laundry facilities and any of the decks to relax on. All out door sitting areas are yours to enjoy. we do have a BBQ too. There are a couple of bicycles and I do have a sea kayak available for a fee. During your stay We will generally be here to greet you upon arrival and offer you local information on the area with restaurants, maps, etc. We offer a great breakfast with a choice of cereals, fresh bread, fruit, free-range eggs, fresh juices, coffee, and tea. etc. We love Airbnb and are love to travel ourselves. Jackie and I have both lived and worked in London and California. We have earned AirBnB super-host category 7 times! Other things to note A choice of great local eateries, and microbrewers. Bike Park , A bus service connects to Lyttelton and on to Christchurch City. Taxis are also available.The Ferry to Diamond harbour takes just 10 Minutes, well worth a trip. Perfect location for the Harbour views, and the Peninsular across the Porthills, beautiful water views, great local walks, Kayaking, biking or just relaxing, even a Gondola ride. International Cricket at the Oval in Hagley Park, the Art Gallery, Christchurch's Botanical gardens and much more..
