The modern living room, with an open kitchen, is equipped with a dining table with 4 chairs, adjacent to the living room area with access to the adjacent loggia. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, etc. You have access to the loggia from every room. In addition, from the loggia, via a spiral staircase, you can reach the large roof terrace with electric pergola and panoramic views of the Teide and the sea. This is equipped with a cozy sitting area and a table with four chairs. The existing pergola can be controlled with a remote control. Loss or damage to the remote control will result in a charge of EUR 100.00. In the master bedroom, also with access to the loggia, there is a large double bed (two single beds 90 × 200 cm), built-in wardrobe, a TV, and a safe. The guest room /second sleeping area with a single bed (mattress 90×200 cm) also has a separate wardrobe and TV. Between the two sleeping areas is the bathroom with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and toilet. In addition, there is a storage room with washing machine and shoe cabinet. On the roof terrace there is a gas grill (BBQ), which can be used. Gas must be procured on your own when the bottle is empty. Fast Wi-Fi (600 Mb) is available in the living rooms and can also be used for work. Guest access The heated pool is exclusively available to the residents of the apartment. Other things to note A baby crib including high chair is provided for an extra charge of EUR 65.00. These are to be paid in cash on site at key handover. If the arrival is after 8 pm, a fee of EUR 50.00 for the late arrival is due and payable directly in cash at the handover. Check-out after 10 am is only possible if there is no subsequent booking.
