The studio consists of a comfortable 160 x 200 cm bed, a TV with channels in different languages, Wi-Fi access, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge, oven/microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, dining table, and 2 chairs. A travel cot and a high chair are available upon request if you are coming with your child under 2 years of age. There is no washing machine. The space The 30 m² studio is located in a quiet and sunny area of Le Landeron, close to the vineyards and Lake Biel. It is best to have a car, which you can park in front of the house, as the street is at the top of the village. The interior is warmly decorated; you will undoubtedly spend pleasant moments there. The studio is on the ground floor, at garden level. It is ideal for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. We rent our studio in our family home. Please don't hesitate to contact me for the planning of your stay. Guest access A parking space can be made available. Access is generally self-service. A key box is located to the right of the garden gate, near the mailbox. Other things to note Tourist tax: CHF 4.50 per adult per night to be paid in cash on site at check-in. No pets allowed. The place is non-smoking. No lighting candles. No parties or evening gatherings, and it is forbidden to invite people.
