The space Our furnished properties are located in Esvres sur Indre, a small town in Touraine, the Centre Val de Loire, 12 km from Tours. The accommodation is 2 km from the village of Esvres. The accommodation is classified as a 3-star Tourist Furnished accommodation for a maximum capacity of 5 people for a total area of 90 m2. In the west wing of a building built in 1881, the accommodation occupies the old barn, which was fully renovated in 2017 In the east wing, there is another cottage for up to 8 people (a former house), which you can also find on the Airbnb website under the listing “Meublé Tourisme au cœur des châteaux de la Loire.” Our homes are non-smoking (ashtray outside only) No parties allowed in the cottages No pets allowed. The 3* furnished apartment offers you a spacious space including: ON the ground floor: - An equipped and furnished kitchen open to the living room. (4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Philips coffee maker, Espresso gold pod coffee maker, regular coffee maker for ground coffee, kettle, and toaster) A flat-screen TV with a Netflix account, a table and 6 chairs, a sofa, a large ottoman. - A cellar with a washing machine. - A toilet - A bedroom overlooking the garden with a 140 cm bed (2 people) , a large wardrobe - A bathroom with shower and 2 sinks (there is no bathtub in the cottage) Upstairs: - A mezzanine with a sofa (not convertible) with some games and toys for children (Playmobil, Duplo, wooden train, doll, various games, books, ...) - A bedroom with a 120 cm bed (1 person) - Another bedroom with a 120 cm bed (1 person) and a 90 cm mid-height bed (1 child) Outside: Each home has its own private garden. open garden (fenced only on 3 sides) From the sunny days until the beginning of autumn you will find: - garden furniture (a table and 6 chairs) + 2 deckchairs, a barbecue (provide charcoal), small garden furniture and a parasol (in summer) The listing has no garage. Guests can park their vehicle in front of the house, possibility to park two vehicles. You will find a small room in the garden to store your bikes. On the wooded grounds in front of the cottages there is a ping pong table (from April if the weather permits), swings and a trampoline that are shared by the two furnished tourist accommodations, it is the only shared place. Provided: - The fitted sheet, the duvet cover and pillowcase (s) per busy bed. - one towel and washcloth per person - Two kitchen towels and two hand towels - two rolls of toilet paper - a roll wipes everything - a few dishwashing tablets - dish soap - sponge - two garbage bags you will also find in the kitchen: vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, a few spices and a few coffee pods and chopped sugar. Regarding your baby, on request only I can provide you with: - an umbrella bed - a baby high chair - baby bathtub - a changing mat Cleaning must be done before you leave. Be careful, I am very picky about cleaning, I have to find the accommodation as clean as when you arrived. However, for your convenience, we offer an “end-of-stay cleaning” option for €70, to be paid on site. In addition, before your departure, dishes must be washed or put in the dishwasher, garbage emptied and sheets removed. Toys should be put away. Please remember to read the rules before booking.
