The space The Riad is located in the most beautiful district of Marrakech (Sidi Mimoun), near the King's residence and the "La Mamounia" hotel. Jemma el-Fnaa and Koutoubia squares are within walking distance of the Riad. The riad is composed on the ground floor of a living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi; an equipped kitchen (cooking fires, microwave oven, fridge/freezer...), and a 12 square meter swimming pool L 4, l 3, H 1.4 all open to the upper floors, which are accessed via a glass staircase. On the first floor, two bedrooms (one with a large 160 bed, the other with 90 beds that can be combined into a 180 bed) each with a bathroom with a window overlooking the first solarium terrace. The glass staircase provides access to the two terraces (one solarium and the other with a pergola and summer lounge) with a direct and unobstructed view of the beautiful gardens of the hotel "La Mamounia" without any other overlooking. A very easy-to-maneuver sliding glass roof isolates the living area from the terrace area. On the other hand, all the living areas (bedrooms and living room) are equipped with reversible air conditioners (hot and cold) in order to maintain a pleasant temperature in the riad whatever the season.
