Bride or Groom getting ready for your wedding see details for costs The space My cottage is 120 years old it has a real homely feeling about it, with beautiful gardens, very private with own backyard. - I really want my guests to have a fantastic stay, I dedicated my life to my family and home which includes the cottage, you are welcome to call me throughout the stay if you required something. Rooms: - Main bedroom has a king bed - Second room has 2 double beds - Third room has a single 100 year old bed.( The bathroom attaches to this room) - Living room has 2 sofas that pull out to be a double beds. - Self contained Kitchen - Washing machine on the veranda.( I have a clothesline but if you need a dryer feel free to ask me and I will put the clothes in my dryer) - Wifi - Fresh eggs every morning as we have three hens that lay every day( This does mean that I need to go on to the grounds of the property to feed them, but I most of the time I will not be seen, if you do I would love to say hello) - Fish Pond - which I do leave fish food so you are more than welcome to feed them. There are fish about 30cm long. - Cameras - I have got cameras on the outside at my house for security for you and myself. But one of the reasons that I moved to the area 10 years ago was for how safe the area is. - Parking - There are two spots in front of the cottage if you have more cars than that please ask me prior to coming about parking. -Transport is excellent, I live on a main road so the bus stop is right out the front of the cottage and 5 mins away from major shopping centre( CASTLE TOWERS) - If you need to charge your electric car with a normal PowerPoint there will be an extra charge please Ask - Getting ready for your wedding (the bride or the groom) EXTRA FEE OF $650 This is for photographer, makeup people, extra 2 cars etc The cleaning Fee also goes up from $100 to $160. All rubbish must be taken with you not placed in my bins.And no furniture can be moved around in the cottage. - No Parties or weddings at the cottage if you are concern about what is a party please contact me prior. however I do love the little get togethers some people have here. - Dogs (Fur babies) are allowed for $50 each fur baby, but only if toilet trained. If I find any mistakes then a charge of $100 will be asked for cleaning. Please message me if you have any questions at all as I am very happy to answer them. Guest access When arriving at the cottage the key is in the box at the front door. No code needed You have two parking spots in front of the cottage with sign VISTORS BAY Please don't park in front of the garage doors as I need to get my car out. If you need extra we will work something out not a problem. Please remove shoes before entering cottage.
