Bartel's Boathouse is a historic property on Rock Lake, Lake Mills WI like a private lodge with its own pier. Bring your boat or rent our kayaks or paddle boards .The upstairs is a private 1500 sq ft space with bedroom, half bath, pool table, ping pong, home theatre, kitchen , and coffee maker. Coffee provided. The boathouse is separate from the owner’s home. Gas grill and hot tub is in the shared space. Shower is for guest use only in lower level. Not suitable for kids under 10 years old. The entire upstairs is private for your disposal. Their are beautiful views of Rock Lake. There’s a half bath, bedroom with two beds, half bath, futon bed, kitchen area, home theater seats, ping-pong, pool table, shuffle board table and plenty of games for all. The downstairs of the historic boathouse has a full bath for your use and large shared eating area. Sheets, towels and coffee all provided. Note: we have window air conditioner in bedroom and space heaters only. The upstairs of adjacent building is completely private, the downstairs has a dinning area and full bathroom. We use part of the downstairs to access our second fridge and ski closet. Bartel’s Beach is adjacent to the property for swimming, viewing sunsets or launching kayaks or other non motorized boats. Great for large family gatherings. We are very social and enjoy our property every day, especially at sunset! We wanted to share this slice of heaven with others. We are on Rock Lake, one of the cleanest Wisconsin lakes. Lewis Station Winery, Tyrannena Brewery and Ephraim Pottery are just some of our local favorites. You are walking distance to our wonderful restaurants, wineries, breweries and shopping in downtown Lake Mills. We are adjacent to Bartels Beach, across the lake from Korth Park. Glacial Drumlin Trail is close by for biking, walking, fishing. Rock Lake offers, clean swiming, great fishing, beautiful sunsets and boating. The price per night is for a maximum of three people, additional guests up to 3 additional are charged at $25.00 pp per night. These charges will be billed separately once the booking reservation is made. Early checkins or late check outs will be honored whenever possible. We request that no more than 6 people are using the space including any visitors.
