Sonoma Valley Vacation Home with Seasonal Pool

Enjoy indoor/outdoor living in Sonoma Valley with tons of amenities! Our home has a comfy, modern interior with 3 private bedrooms, office room with twin daybed, 2 full baths, large dining room, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast/bar table. The backyard has a large pool (seasonal), gas bbq, fire table, seating and dining table. Minutes by car to Sonoma Square, Glen Ellen, wineries, hiking trails, spas, shopping, & eateries. Walking distance to a park, cafe, mexican restaurant, and 7-11 store. The space Our home is conveniently located in Sonoma Wine Country and features both indoor and outdoor living spaces that make it a wonderful retreat any time of the year! The house has been remodeled with quality finishes and modern, comfortable furnishings. We have central heating and air conditioning. The backyard has a nice large pool (seasonal May through October) with both sunny and shady seating areas, several dining tables, umbrellas, gas BBQ grill and fire table. We have pool floats and noodles and plenty of pool towels. Inside there is a roomy fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and frig with filtered cold water and ice maker. We provide coffees and teas, and feel free to use all spices and condiments. The dining room has a large table and there is also a breakfast bar table with 4 stools in the kitchen. The living room has plenty of room to relax with a large sectional couch and a chair with ottoman. There is a beautiful wood burning fireplace - wood and fire logs provided - and a large flat screen TV with cable, Netflix, and Hulu, or sign in to your accounts. The master bedroom has a new Nest King size bed, adjoining full bath with walk-in shower, and slider to the pool area. The master has a smaller flat screen TV with cable and streaming. There are two more private bedrooms, each with a queen size bed (one traditional plush, one firm hybrid) and a shared bathroom with tub. An office area has a twin daybed, with curtains for some privacy. It has sheets and quilt and pillows in the closet, along with ironing board, iron and portable crib. We provide lots of towels for indoors and for the pool as well as extra bedding and pillows. Plenty of shampoo, conditioners and body wash, too. Guest access -Guests have full use of the house and pool. Guests staying or visiting during the day will be using the pool at their own risk. (Please note the pool is not heated in winter - the optimal pool season runs from late May to mid-October) -Washer and Dryer available in garage. -Parking for two cars on driveway, others park on street. Other things to note Sonoma County has no-burn days on which you cannot use fireplace at the house. We will let you know if this is in effect during your stay.
