The space Private separate entrance, full size stainless appliances and in-unit washer/dryer. Large bedroom with queen memory foam mattress, full bathroom and kitchen with everything you could need for your home away from home. Guest access There are many walkable options for dining, shops and groceries Other things to note There are outside security cameras which overlook the road and main entrance. Please don't make it weird by trying to sneak in pets or extra, unregistered guests. 1) Pets are not permitted. 2) The space is for 1-2 guests in one bedroom with one queen bed. 3) The AC units are located just outside the bedroom window. Noise will be reduced if windows are closed, but you may still hear them during summer months. 4) The home’s furnace and water softener are located in a utility room in the hallway opposite the bathroom. Noise should be minimal, but you will hear them. The water softener regenerates every 10 days around 10:00 PM for 90 minutes. Should the power ever go out, we may need to come down to restart the furnace ** This is not a locked door, but please stay out ** WINTER MONTHS ❄️ 5) Heber City prohibits parking of vehicles on the road in front of the house during or within 24-hours of any snowfall or if snow remains on the roads. If it snows during your stay, I can accommodate ONE CAR in my driveway and will make arrangements with you if needed. 6) I have heated mats on the top and lower landings, and the stairs but you will be responsible to keep the walkway to the sidewalk cleared of snow. A shovel is provided.
