The location boasts a range of restaurants, cafes, a popular park and a high-frequency bus service to Belfast city centre. Tesco supermarket is conveniently located next door to the property. The space Our accommodation includes one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, many with an additional sofa bed in the living room making them ideal for families and small groups. Master bedrooms are all en-suite and all two & three bedroom apartments have a second bathroom, all apartments have a dining area and a fully appointed kitchen including washer/dryer. We have a manned reception and housekeeping is provided. Balconies are subject to availability and each apartment comes with 1 free secure onsite parking space. All apartments have been designed to offer guests the most comfortable stay and are impressively decorated and furnished. With excellent modern conveniences we are the perfect home from home base for business, leisure or family getaway. Guest access Arrival & Parking: We have a reception on the 2nd floor of the apartments from where you can collect the keys at the time of check in. We also have our own basement car parking , it is accessed via a rolling shutter just next to the charity shop Ten Foundation , when you arrive please come to the reception and we will open the rolling shutter for you. Once the shutter is open you can simply drive in and park in any of the vacant spaces, from the basement take the elevator to the 2nd floor reception where you will be checked in and the keys for the apartment will be provided. Check in 4.00pm Check out 11.00am If separate beds or sofa beds are required please contact me in advance to arrange *If you plan to arrive outside of these times, please let me know in advance so we can be there to welcome you. We have plenty of information readily available for local transport/bars/restaurants, we can also help you book an Open Top City Bus Tour or a Giants Causeway Tour. Other things to note A Tesco supermarket is conveniently located next door however we can supply a welcome pack featuring essential supplies (£25.00) to get you started.
