Les Gîtes de la Fontaine comprises three self-catering cottages, created in a decidedly modern and minimalist style from old stone buildings. Thanks to their layout and surroundings, the cottages are particularly suited to adult guests seeking peace and tranquillity. An ideal spot to recharge your batteries in the peaceful countryside, not far from the sea and tourist attractions (Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Malo, etc.). Heated swimming pool from May to September. The space This accommodation is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. In this setting, where the charm of the past blends seamlessly with contemporary comfort, the open-plan, spacious layout maximises natural light in every room and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Great care has been taken with the decorative details, the lighting, the unique wall paintings and the polished concrete floors… This gîte has its own modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster… A large flat-screen TV, DVD player, washing machine and tumble dryer, hairdryer, and ironing board complete the facilities. The bedding is of good quality to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. A wood-burning stove, supported by an efficient heating system, will allow you to enjoy the property all year round. Outside, you’ll have a private terrace area with garden furniture, a barbecue, a parasol and sun loungers. The garden, laid out with flowerbeds, paths and dry-stone walls, a boules court, and a wide variety of plant species. The 54 m² heated swimming pool is available from May to September. Designed with varying depths (from 30 cm to 200 cm) and secured by a motorised low-profile cover, you can swim in it whatever the weather. This area also includes a 70m² terrace with sun loungers. A table tennis table is also available. Guest access The accommodation is completely self-contained and has its own private indoor and outdoor areas. Only the swimming pool, car park and games facilities (ping pong) are shared in an outdoor area common to all three gîtes. Other things to note For stays booked between May and September, the following facilities are available: - Access to the indoor, heated swimming pool (12m x 5m), shared between the three holiday cottages. - Access to the outdoor games facilities shared between our three holiday cottages (petanque court, ping pong)
