The atmosphere is a strange blend of old-world charm and contemporary comfort, with spacious, open spaces that maximise the amount of light in each room and encourage conviviality. A great deal of attention has been paid to the decorative details, the light fittings, the original paintwork, the waxed concrete floors... The gîte has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. A large flat-screen TV, washing machine and tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board complete the facilities. The bedding is of good quality for a comfortable night's sleep. A wood-burning stove assisted by an efficient heating system means you can enjoy the house in all seasons. Outside, there is a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and sun loungers. The garden, structured by flowerbeds, paths and drystone walls, features vegetable plots, a "gourmet corner" where you can eat as much as you like, a bowling green and a multitude of plant species. The 54 m² heated swimming pool is available from May to September. Designed with different depths (from 30 cm to 200 cm), it's sure to please young and old alike. Secured by a low motorised shelter, you can swim here whatever the weather. This area also includes a 70m² terrace with sun loungers. A table tennis table, trampoline and various games for children are also available.
