House with pool , view of the Sancy massif

Our house benefits from a south-facing exposure with exceptional views of the Montpeyroux Tower and the Massif du Sancy. It is a nice house with heated swimming pool and large 2000 m2 garden in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park. A small vegetable garden is available for your use. There are many leisure activities and walks: Vulcania, Le Puy de Dôme, Le Sancy, Le Château de Murol, Le Parc Animalier du Cezalier, Le Lac Chambon, Lac d 'Aydat... The space If you are looking for a vacation with family or friends, to rest or discover our beautiful region: Tuscany Auvergnate, you will love our house. It is located between Clermont-Ferrand (30 min) and Issoire (15 min) 2 km from exit 7 of A75 highway, 1 km from Gare SNCF (Parent Coudes Champeix). You will enjoy the swimming pool (8mx4m, heated) but also the layout of the house that allows you to be inside / out due to a large covered terrace particularly appreciated by Zénith time and a second terrace under the cherry tree overlooking the Montpeyroux Tower, (very beautiful picturesque village Auvergnat) and the sunset over the Massif du Sancy. The 2000 m2 garden, very wooded and flowered, isolates the house from the rest of the village of 300 inhabitants. You'll be quiet. The house has a kitchen in which it is possible to eat, it opens to both terraces and communicates with the large dining room (with fireplace). The night part consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, as well as an office-library area is isolated from the day part, which is appreciated by "late risers". A mezzanine room above the kitchen completes sleeping options as needed. Finally, the studio composed of a bedroom, shower room and toilet with its independent entrance from the garden has a shaded terrace. It is also accessible by an internal staircase from the night part of the house. Not far away is the pétanque court in the shade of a beautiful oak tree. We have a small vegetable garden. You will not forget to do the picking of the moment: green beans, zucchini, tomatoes, strawberries or raspberries; you will find near many small markets of local and organic producers... The flowers and vegetable garden will appreciate being watered at dusk. We have an exceptional location in terms of scenery, views and outdoor sports opportunities (hiking, canoeing, mountain biking, etc.) in return, the elevations and climbs will discourage people who have difficulty getting around. The proximity of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park and the Allier which flows below the village means that you have a wide variety of walks without taking the car. A canoe station is located in Coudes 1 km from the house.
