This is a cozy 3BR Duplex in town that can sleep up to 8 and is fully furnished. Including a sauna . Only 2 blocks from Main Street . About 1/2 mile from Lake Vermilion for fishing / boat launch. Snowmobiling , ATV / biking are right out the front door with lots of space to unload all trailers . Miles of great trails. Ski resorts / Golfing with in 15-20 min The top golf courses and fortune bay casino about 12 - minutes away. Soudan underground mine 2 miles. Come have fun in great outdoor The space On arrivals -key code for easy check in. All beds have sheets /pillows and a light top blanket. Bring your own shower soaps . There is plenty of sitting room . Kitchen has all your need with dish soap and kitchen towels. It has 3 BRS and 2 bathrooms - a walk out basement with a sauna/ shower and sitting area and game table area . Our checkout is at 11:00 am. please clean and put everything back before you leave and please leave as it was on arrival. Clean Please Strip all the beds used down to the mattress pad and grab dirty kitchen towels leave by hall way Thank you . No pet allowed . No smoking/ cannabis Enjoy your stay. And have fun And Thank you for staying here . Guest access We do ask that you mainly use the back door / ally parking. That door has the key code entry. You Can also park up front with big trailers/ boats . And groups please use basement doors To Unload for fishing and snowmobiling ,ATV and all coolers . Has bigger area for hang jackets / helmet . Lots of room. Thanks. Other things to note Please No smoking/ cannabis . No pets. No other visitors but ones on reservations. Please bring your own extra toilet paper ( I provide one roll) soaps. There are Sheets and pillows and light blanket. there are kitchen towels and dish soap for you. Please leave coolers out side or in the basement. Not in kitchen.
