Rustic country cabin in the woods

Delightful rustic cabin situated on a one acre property conveniently located close to major amenities such as Orion shopping complex; Robelle parklands and lagoon; train stations; motorways - yet surrounded by serenity -with abundant trees, bird life and possums. Down the end of the property you can watch horses being fed and ridden. Enjoy the outdoors in the fresh air and sun. The space Unique rustic cabin on one acre surrounded by trees and bird life ; close to all amenities such as shopping, cafe, supermarket, bread shop, bottle shop, laundromat, fuel and public transport - yet quiet and country like. Cabin is self contained and separate from the main house area. Parking is on the right side of the driveway down by the cabin . Key available with a $20 deposit refunded with return of key when checking out. (Unfortunately too many keys have gone missing over time …) A kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, hot plate, fridge, cutlery , crockery, utensils, pots and frypan. Hot water is heated by gas - please let us know if you run out of hot water and we will change the gas cylinder over for you. Own toilet and bathroom. The bathroom light (hanging beside the mirror) - the switch is on top of the light frame. Curtain for privacy. (No door) Basic items including coffee, teabags, sugar, salt and pepper provided. Please bring own milk if required. Queen bed, TV and selection DVDs; table and chairs x 2 , wardrobe/ mirror. Heater and hot water bottle available in winter; fan and air conditioner for summer. Toilet is a septic system so ONLY pee, poo and paper to be flushed. Please use rubbish bin/ bags provided for any sanitary products/ condoms ; (if these are flushed the toilet blocks and back flows - you may be required to pay for removal of offending items )- thanks ☺️ Guest access Make yourself comfortable in the cabin and the immediate area / garden areas around cabin. Other things to note Come to relax and enjoy the country atmosphere. We don’t provide Wifi. Feel free to bring your own portable wifi - good coverage. No cats. We are dog friendly with a few ‘rules’ ! Please keep the dog off the bed/ furniture; Please clean up after your dog ; Dog MUST have own bedding - (do NOT use guest blankets ) ; The cabin incorporates a fenced off enclosure for your pet. Please do not leave your dog(s) unattended At all times dogs remain the FULL responsibility of the owner.
