The house is stylishly and comfortably furnished and fully equipped. Upstairs there are four large bedrooms comprising two double bedrooms, one with super king bed the other with a king size bed and each with its own en suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms, one with its own en suite bathroom the other which has exclusive use of the fourth upstairs bathroom; each twin bedroom has two single beds one of which has zip and link mattresses for conversion to a super king bed. Downstairs the house comprises two light and airy dual aspect sitting rooms (each with two comfortable sofas), a large kitchen/dining room with two pairs of French windows opening onto the terrace and pool, hall, wc, utility and cloak room and an additional shower room with wc. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house save for one small storage room where the owner's belongings are stored. Other things to note Minimum rental periods apply depending on time of year. Heating etc for the outdoor pool is included in the rental in June, July and August and the pool is available on request on bookings of 1 week or more during May and September at £60/day and during April and October at £90/day. Please provide at least one week's notice if use of pool is desired in these months.
