Our place is a peaceful, quiet and comfy house in Bella Vista, Sydney. This is a private bedroom in our family house, ideal for female student or traveller accommodate up to 1 adults. We prefer guests "not to cook" but Using microwave and fridge is fine. You will have own fridge and bathroom to use (not ensuite). Close to Hillsong church, Norwest business park and Metro Bella Vista station. 5 mins walk to city bus (M2). The space You are booking 1 bedroom in the house. In your room you will have: 1 High Quality Queen size Bed, mattress and pillows - Private bathroom -Fresh, clean fine linens - Electric blanket and fan - Wardrobe - Desk -Tissue box pen, lamp & a mini bin. Guest is welcome to share the gardening area. pls feel free use laundry facilities. Please keep the shoes at entrance. Parking along the street is available. Other things to note an extra charge will apply in the following circumstances: 1. early check-in (before 7 am) and late check-out (after 1300). 2. if the room required extra clean by a professional cleaner at the checkout, the extra $ 50 AUD will apply.
