My home is clean, quiet and is perfect for the modern explorer. You will be co-habitating with me and my two dogs- a 10 YO female Shepard mix and a 3 YO male Staffordshire Terrier mix. You will have limited access to both. My pets don’t access guest rooms. You may also be sharing the home witha fellow Airbnb traveler. My home is situated in the popular Historic West Side District of Carson City with walking access to popular restaurants, cafe's, saloons and unique shopping. I am at the base of a popular canyon with outdoor mountain biking and trails and lots of wildlife including herd of mule deer. I am centrally located for the adventurer to explore Lake Tahoe, Reno, Virginia City, Genoa and hiking on the Tahoe Rim Trail and Carson Pass/Hope Valley area (Pacific Crest Trail). Carson City comes alive in the summer and you can enjoy free outdoor concerts most weekends. Your room is equipped with a flatscreen TV with free Netflix and Prime streaming. I have fast WIFi and a small desk (workspace) in room. Guest access Guests can use shared kitchen to store food and prepare light meals. Because of the dogs, backyard seating may not be available. During your stay Please reach out for advice on best places to eat and where to hike and explore in the surrounding areas. I lived in the Tahoe-Carson area for 14 years and love sharing my experiences. Other things to note I’m across the street from a middle school and on a popular Street for recreation so there is some street noise. But the house is mainly very quiet.
