The space The Crossings at Inlet Beach with restaurant and shopping options borders the neighborhood. The short walk to the beach is accessible and so easy! Inlet is only 30A beach entry point without stairs to get on the beach, perfect for pulling a wagon or cart from my house. There are also showers and bathrooms at the Inlet Beach access, as well as a parking lot, so you can drive if you prefer. Less than a two minute drive and you're at the beach! Guest access - Parking Parking is not allowed on the street or on the sidewalk. There is guest parking 20 yards from my front door near the mailboxes and common area of the neighborhood. My driveway will accommodate two cars. Guest access You will have access to every area of the house except the garage and storage closet. Enjoy the fully fenced in back yard, covered back patio perfect for evenings to unwind, spacious downstairs living space with a half bath, and three bedrooms (king bed, queen bed, trundle bed, and set of bunk beds), full bathroom off the master and jack & jill bath connecting the other two bedrooms. Washer and dryer are available for your use as well. Other things to note My beach house is a special place and I ask that you treat it with care and respect. Please leave it in the same condition that you found it and communicate if any accidents occur during your stay so that we can correct them for our next guests. No smoking is allowed. Due to the fact that I am in a neighborhood surrounded by families and other guests, I ask that you honor our community as well as my home. Please keep noise down after 10:00 p.m. and put trash inside appropriate bins outside.
