Marianthi's House at Old Town

Marianthi's house is a picturesque newly renovated(2022) and fully furnished old house in the heart of the old town of Chania. It is a traditional stone house and was built in 1920. It is located just a few steps away from the Venetian harbor and the city center. The house provides all the comfort to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. Available all year round, it is an ideal spot for families, couples travelling together and friends. The space Marianthi's house is a stone two storey house with two bedooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area and an atmosphere terrace on the roof that offers magnificent views of the old town. The house is 80sqm, 40sqm on each floor and is suitable for a total of 8 guests. A bed for babies is also available if required. Ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen with oven, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine etc., a dining table and a bathroom with walk-in shower. A room with a queen-size bed a flat screen 42” smart TV. In the room, there is a small attic with a double bed and a flat screen 42” smart TV. First floor: A living room with a sofa bed for two persons, a reading corner with a flat screen 42” TV and a small attic with a double bed and a flat screen 42” smart TV. A small kitchen with a dining table with chairs and a bathroom. On this floor, there is also a small balcony.
