Architecturally designed, this new home is set on a 1000sqm block with plenty of green lawn for kids to play as you take in the views of nearby hills. The home is lined in hooped pine ply wood and features high end fixtures and appliances throughout. Situated in a quiet area of Apollo Bay, you are guaranteed privacy and relaxation while still within 10-15 minutes walk to all Apollo Bay has to offer including cafes, pubs and beautiful beaches. The Ply House is perfect for couples or families. The space Light filled high pitched ceilings give a sense of space with a north facing master bedroom giving views of the surrounding hills from the comfort of your bed. The master bedroom is separated from the space saving bunk nook and all beds have premium quality mattresses and linen. The kitchen is equipped with induction cooking and an electric oven. The living space is complemented by a cosy combustion fire, perfect for Winter weekend getaways as well as a fire pit is to enjoy during the warmer months ( Fire pit only to be used on lawn area at least 4 metres from the house). A large sliding door opens onto a timber deck with BBQ and alfresco dining. *NOTE~ To avoid extra cleaning fees, please clean the BBQ after use. Cleaning products and utensils are located in a plastic tub underneath the BBQ. Guest access Entire property including undercover carport. The detached shed/studio and private fenced courtyard are the only spaces not available for guest use. Other things to note There is a shared driveway leading to the property. Please drive slowly (10kmh) and be aware of children playing in the area. Specific instructions for driveway access will be sent on booking the property. There are a number of indoor plants and other decorative items which may be within reach of young children. Please feel free to move any of these to an appropriate place during your stay to keep your young one safe and avoid any potential damage. Guests have access to a washing machine located in the nook off the carport. Telstra wifi is available the property which is suitable for streaming and connecting personal devices. Please note, during peak times, internet connection can be unstable due to local infrastructure. Limited firewood is provided for your stay. Extra wood can be supplied at an extra cost if pre arranged with the host. Alternatively the service station and supermarket sell pre bagged kindling and firewood. *Please note~ there isn't a fire screen for the internal fire. If this presents a risk for any guest, particularly young children, we ask you use the split system as an alternate heating option.
