The space The space Elia is a modern, brand new, all in one level (75 square meters) house, built in the middle of a 600 square meters development with modern and luxury standards, overlooking the unique Libyan sea and with stunning mountain views. It consists of a big bright and airy lounge with two comfortable sofas and a sofa bed, with a TV set and WiFi. The wide sliding glass door leads to the terrace, the ideal place to enjoy your meals with unimpeded views of the islands of Gavdos and Gavdopoula. The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic top, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and all useful utensils. The open plan living room/kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning unit. Two nicely decorated bedrooms, and a family bathroom with shower/WC and a sink, complete the comfortable layout of the house. The master bedroom has a big double bed and direct access to the rear veranda and garden, ideal for reading and quiet moments. The second has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and desk/chair. Other things to note The Client is responsible for himself, members of his party, and for any visitors he/she may have within the villa or grounds of the property and liable for any damages that are related in any way to the villa and its contents, and grounds. Any such damage must be repaired or replaced prior to departure; if he/she is unable, then the required payment should be made to the manager. It is prohibited to sublet the villa to any other parties. Noise generated from the client or equipment that he/she is using in and around the villa must be kept to a respectable level in consideration of other guests in the neighbourhood; music/noise and conversation must be reduced during quiet hours (15:00 – 17:30, 23:0 – 07:30).
