The back door is 2 minutes walk to Surf Beach, where you can join the coastal walk from Minnamurra to Gerringong. At night you can hear the waves while drifting off to sleep. The unit is approx. 10 minutes walk from Kiama's shops, restaurants, markets, blowhole, rock pool, harbour, library, and train station (to Sydney). Leave your car at the property and walk everywhere! The space This 2 bedroom apartment is spotlessly clean and tastefully modernised to provide a relaxing escape from your normal surrounds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to dine at home. A dishwasher and washing machine, plus outside clothes line, are available at the unit. The two balconies at each end of the lounge/dining room provide an abundant of light and fresh coastal air. These balconies allow cross-ventilation for the cool sea breeze in Summer. In each bedroom there are overhead fans. For Winter, a heater is provided, and electric blankets are supplied on both beds for your comfort. Sheridan sheets and towels are provided for 4 people. The two beds are a Queen and a double, no linen is provided for the travel cot. Max of 4 people can stay in the unit. Two flat screen TV's, (one in the main bedroom), and a blue ray DVD player, plus a collection of books/boardgames and NBN wifi are provided for times when you just want to stay at home. The northern balcony is a cosy sun trap for breakfast. The unit is on the 1st floor, with a beautiful secluded garden that feels like it is an extension of the balcony. The unit is set back from the road and in a private tranquil setting. Once inside the apartment you will notice that the NE balcony overlooks a beautiful secluded green garden. If you walk across the lawn in this garden and over the wooden footbridge, you will find yourself at the iconic Surf Beach Kiama. Residents in the apartment have access to the garden, the footbridge and parking walkway to the beach. Residents also have access to the washing machine inside the apartment, an outside clothes line.
