Front porch with sitting area and outdoor shower. Large rear porch includes sitting area eating area, barbecue facilities and much more. The first-floor features main bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed if requested, and the second bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower. Overall Soula Beach House is ideal for a family holiday. It is in one of the best locations of Protaras, Green Bay, just 5 minutes' walk to the Beach. Central Protaras is about 1.3km away and within a 1km radius from the villa you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, ATM, water sports, organized beaches and much more. Cavo Maris Hotel is only 50 meters away. There you can find several restaurants, bars, full size swimming pool, sport facilities etc. There is a small charge for nonresidents using the swimming pool facilities. Nearest beaches are Green Bay, turtle bay, where you can swim with the turtles, Vyzakia bay and Cavo Maris bay.
