Highland River Cottage with Hot Tub

A cute and cosy modernised cottage with hot tub surrounded by fields and with a beautiful river at the bottom of the garden. The house is well situated and has a spacious patio and lawn, enclosed garden with access to walks up the river and other beautiful local areas. A good base to strike out for West Coast and Highlands. We recently added a twin room in addition to our double en-suite and king bedrooms. We are delighted to now be able to offer guests a 5 person hot tub. STL: HI-20338-F The space Spacious modern kitchen with range cooker. A cosy living room with a wood burning stove. Three bedrooms, a king bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite shower and a twin bedroom. A shared family bathroom. A large enclosed garden with patio, outdoor seating and a hot tub. Guest access Indoors: All of the property apart from the attic space. No bikes inside the cottage please. Outdoors: The enclosed garden and hot tub. *There is access to the river if you go through the back gate, straight through the field and veer right. You can walk up the river for a few hundred yards over uneven terrain. There is no managed path and it is sometimes overgrown in summer. Other things to note We try to be environmentally friendly and conscious of our impact on the planet wherever possible and we hope you can support us in this during your stay by; - using the recycling facilities (please rinse out plastics, glass and metal) - to save on water, wear and tear we only wash used towels and bedding so please make it clear if a bed has been untouched. - composting raw food (empty the compost bin into the black bin in front of the gas tank) - using Eco products for washing and cleaning - conserving energy wherever possible (please turn lights off behind you) THANK YOU!
