The Leisure Barn, Sleeps 32, a converted cow shed with five geodesic domes with ensuite showers & WC's. Three extra bedrooms on first floor. A large astro turf games area all under one roof with table tennis pool and badminton all available along with other lawn games, boules, jenga, frisbies etc. An array of scooters makes getting around the barn much more fun. If your looking for something different, look no further. Great for families & friends. Create your own unique party space. The space We believe The Leisure Barn is quite unique and your stay here will be unlike any other. Spend too much time in The Leisure Barn and you'll lose a little sense of reality and not want to leave for the greater outdoors We have lots of games available on site. Badminton, Pool, Table tennis. Along with lots of lawn game, Dominoes, Jenga, Boules, Fisbies etc. There is a large eight seater Jacuzzi at the end of The Barn which can be made available as a chargable extra. Along with Dance pole and Karaoke. There is a large screen and projector and our sound system can play audio from the projector, bluetooth conection or just pop on one of our many CD's We Also have a large library of DVD's and player for the projector or of course casting is an option too. The Astroturf area is NOT heated but all other living rooms have heating, Pods, Bedrooms, Kitchen, Lounge & Dining room. We have a large lawn area just outside for Firepits and BBQ's. For those wishing to explore the area ther are plenty of sites worth a visit, Hartland point and quay, Clovelly, Westward Ho!, Instow, Appledore and miles of coastline to tramp. Guest access The Leisure Barn is approx 7500 sq m total covered space but the barn is located on a farm with plenty of access to fields and country lanes to walk. As we are quite remote it is recommended that cars are by far the best way to explore the area... and there is plenty to expore! Other things to note Although we do supply bedding and a limited number of toilet rolls we do NOT supply towels as the listing might suggest. We also supply a few essentials in the kitchen, such as washing up liquid, tea towels, a few dish washer tablets and oven gloves. OUR CHARGES ARE BASED ON GROUP SIZE. UNFORTUNATELY AIRBNB CAP THERE GROUP BOOKING SIZE AT 16, IF YOU ENTER 16 AS YOUR GROUP SIZE YOU WILL BE QUOTED FOR A GROUP OF 32 ( OUR MAX CAPACITY). THEREFORE IF YOUR GROUP IS OVER 15 PLEASE ENTER 15 AS YOUR GROUP SIZE TO GIVE YOU A BETTER IDEA OF CHARGES PER HEAD. HOWEVER THERE WILL STILL BE A BALANCE DUE FOR YOUR EXTRA GUESTS.
