The kitchen is stocked with drip coffee, espresso machine and espresso, tea, cooking ware (Pots, Pans, etc), dining ware (wine glasses, coffee mugs, children's cups, plates, and silverware, etc), microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, teapot, and fridge. The newly remodeled bathroom includes a shower as well as a bathtub for a relaxing bubble bath or a great space to bath the kids. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the back porch under the magnolia trees. And enjoy the large gas grill to cook for your family or group. Take the complementary bikes out for a ride to Tower Gove Park, Local Coffee Shops, Breweries, Forest Park, or just around the neighborhoods. Enjoy the complementary double or single strollers for your littles! Visiting the Botanical Gardens? We are a block away! This is a 2nd floor apartment so there are stairs right went you enter the apartment so be aware of that. We do have a baby gate blocking off the top of those stairs for little ones. Also, there are stairs to get to the basement to do laundry as well. Location: Location is everything! This apartment is located in walking distance to Botanical Gardens & Tower Grove Park, donuts, popsicles, and late night food. Take the well-maintained path that runs alongside the Botanical Gardens to Tower Grove park and you can enjoy the mature trees, scenic views, farmer markets, concerts, play grounds, and yoga in the park!. Craving sugar, you'll only have to walk 3 minutes to get your donut fix. The neighborhood it's self is very walkable. We include a welcome manual with lots of great Saint Louis attractions. We LOVE our city and want to share that joy with you. If you have specific interests, let us know and we will point you in the right direction. Saint Louis has so much to offer! Parking: You will have access to one off street parking spot, located in the back of the property. Additional street parking is available. The house is located on a quiet, one way street with ample parking. Private Deck: Includes seating and a large gas grill. The Bedrooms: The first bedroom includes a high quality and extremely comfortable queen bed and 43 inch smart TV with plenty of room to store clothing and other items in the dresser, two side tables or closet. The second bedroom includes a full size bed with a twin trundle underneath and a 32 in TV. The third bedroom, located in the back of the home includes a comfortable queen bed, two side tables, book shelves and a large closet. All bedrooms are equipped with a luxury sound machine, to ensure a sound sleep for all guests (even if you’re traveling with young ones or noisy friends!) Entertainment & Streaming: Kickback and watch the 55in smart TV in the living room. Netflix, Disney +, Hulu and ESPN + accounts are provided for you on all TV's throughout the space during your stay. Feel free to log into any of your accounts on Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. Laundry: Guests will have access to a washer & dryer, located in the basement. Traveling with Children? The space is GREAT for kids. We are parents of young children and teens and understand the importance of safety and convenience. The entire apartment is setup with this in mind: all outlets are covered and the home is free of dangerous or breakable items. We also include a pack n play, jogging stroller, double stroller, high chair, booster seat, baby monitors, rock n play, play mat, books, family games, stroller (single and double), and toys. The back yard has a great play set. (Something you need not listed, just ask!) There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs as well. COVID Prevention and Allergy Prevention: Whole room true air purifier provided to filter allergens and germs during your stay. All pillows are encased in an allergen protective pillow case under 2nd pillow case. Prior to guests arrival the townhome is deep cleaned & sanitized with detailed dusting and disinfecting of surfaces and handles. Traveling with Pets? The space is pet friendly. Please note that there will be a $60 dollar pet fee. You are responsible for picking up dog poop in the back or front yard (bags supplied by us), please give your dog a bath before bringing him/her to this AirBNB. We also ask that you refrain from having pets on the furniture. Guest access The entire second floor apartment, back balcony, and one parking spot in the back of the home is for your personal use. You will have your own personal washer and dryer, which are located in the basement of this home. The basement, front porch, and backyard are also accessible to the 1st floor Airbnb guests and are the only shared spaces, everything else is for your private use. Other things to note Three Bikes are available for your use, located in the basement. There are two double strollers and two single strollers also located in the basement for your use.
