You'll love the house, its garden, the outdoor areas, the light, the views of the sea on the horizon, the tranquility of the area, the routes along the cliffs, the proximity to the town of Ribadesella (5 km). My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families with children, and large groups. The space The house is rented with the possibility of check-in/check-out any day of the week and with a minimum of 3 days of stay, only during the low season. During JUNE, stays will be at least one week (6 nights) During the months of JULY and AUGUST, stays will be a minimum of two weeks (13 NIGHTS) During SEPTEMBER, stays will be at least one week (6 nights) *see exceptions. Guest access The house has a barbecue and a large covered porch for outdoor dining even on rainy days. The garden shown in the photographs is completely private and has several fruit trees. It is completely enclosed, perfect for children. Other things to note The house has heating by pellet stove for the season between the months of October to May (not enabled in June, July, August and September), this stove needs to be recharged every two days or every day and a half, with a pellet bag that will be supplied to the tenants for the days they are staying.
