Charming 60 sqm apartment with an incredible view of the mountain La Concha. Ideally situated in the lively neighborhood of Aloha Garden, you can enjoy a superb solarium on the rooftop, two outdoor and one indoor shared pools. It can accomodate comfortably up to 4 people (1 queen size bed and 2 single beds). Wifi, a washing machine and a coffee machine are also included. Linens and towels will be provided. Other features to consider: - The lodging facility is on the first floor. - You will have one set of keys at your disposal. Housing: You'll appreciate my place for its solarium, the shared pools and its ideal location in Aloha Garden The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the 1st floor only accessible by stairs. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A cozy lounge: sofa, coffee table, television, dining area with dining table for 4 people. - Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction plates, dishwasher, (Nespresso) coffee machine, cooking utensils. - A spacious first bedroom: queen-size bed, wardrobe with hangers. - A second cozy bedroom: 2 single beds. - A first well appointed bathroom: Italian shower, shower, toilet, towel dryer. - A second modern bathroom: Italian shower, shower, toilet, towel dryer. You can also enjoy a nice outdoor space with a solarium and three shared swimming pools. Guest access A welcomer from the Luckey team will greet you in front of the building at the scheduled time, hence the importance of scheduling your arrival time with us, at least 24 hours before your arrival.
