The apartment is fully renovated, located in the heart of the Eixample neighborhood, a commercial and residential neighborhood very well connected by public transport (10 minutes from downtown). Located on a quiet street, a 15-minute walk from La Pedrera. It is an ideal area to discover Barcelona. The apartment has 3 bedrooms: double bed, two single beds and bunk bed, full bathroom, toilet, living room and equipped kitchen. The space The 85m2 apartment consists of a bright living room with a sofa and TV, and a table for six people. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a large closet, the second with two single beds and the third with a bunk bed. Air conditioning located in the living room. Guest access You can use the entire apartment. The apartment has a crib and high chair upon request (not guaranteed) and at no additional cost. We offer a courtesy kit containing 1 bar of soap, and 1 shampoo and 1 gel of 20 ml each. We leave 2-3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, towels (one large and one small) for each guest, sheets, and basic cooking utensils. We DO NOT provide salt, sugar, oil, etc. If you need anything during your stay (more towels, extra fans, blankets, etc.) don't hesitate to reach out.
