It is an ideal base for those who wish to explore the capitals many tourist attractions, attend concerts sporting events, etc. Guests can also relax and chill in the spacious rear garden. Guests have their own kitchen/ living area. Ideally suited to those who like a nice quiet relaxing stay. The space This house is located on a tree lined road in a mature residential area. It is adjacent to TU Dublin. It is within 10 minutes walking distance of Phibsboro village, Stoneybatter, Smithfield Plaza, and a 20-minute walk to the City Centre. Both Luas line and bus routes are only a three minute walk away. Also close by are several Dublin bike hubs. For those who fancy dining out, there are several trendy and traditional restaurants and bars located nearby. This is an ideal base for those who wish to visit Dublin for concerts, sporting events, theatre, Croke Park, and all that Dublin has to offer. While it is a family residence, it offers a large degree of privacy independence and freedom but is not suitable for groups or parties. Guest access Guests have their own living accommodation on the third floor of the family residence. Access is through the front door. Once in, you have your own independent living area. Only booked in guests are allowed to stay. Not suitable for more than two guests. During your stay While the hosts reside in the residence, guests can enjoy privacy in their own self-contained apartment.
